অতিরিক্ত জামানত বা অর্থ পরিশোধের আদেশ দেওয়ার ক্ষমতাঅনানুষ্ঠানিক অনুবাদ
Where at any time after the admission of an appeal but before the transmission of the copy of the record, except as aforesaid, to the ¹[Appellate Division], such security appears inadequate, or further payment is required for the purpose of translating, transcribing, printing, indexing or transmitting the copy of the record, except as aforesaid, the Court may order the appellant to furnish, within a time to be fixed by the Court, other and sufficient security, or to make, within like time, the required payment.
¹ The words "Appellate Division" were substituted, for the words "Supreme Court" by section 3 and 2nd Schedule of the Bangladesh Laws (Revision and Declaration) Act, 1973 (Act No. VIII of 1973).

আপিল গৃহীত হওয়ার পর কিন্তু পূর্বোক্ত কাগজপত্র বাদ দিয়ে নথির নকল ¹[আপিল বিভাগে] প্রেরণের আগে যে কোনো সময় যদি এরূপ জামানত অপর্যাপ্ত প্রতীয়মান হয়, অথবা পূর্বোক্ত কাগজপত্র বাদ দিয়ে নথির নকল অনুবাদ, প্রতিলিপি প্রস্তুত, মুদ্রণ, সূচি প্রস্তুত বা প্রেরণের উদ্দেশ্যে অতিরিক্ত অর্থ পরিশোধের প্রয়োজন হয়, তাহলে আদালত আপিলকারীকে আদালত কর্তৃক ধার্য সময়ের মধ্যে অন্য ও পর্যাপ্ত জামানত দেওয়ার, অথবা অনুরূপ সময়ের মধ্যে প্রয়োজনীয় অর্থ পরিশোধ করার, আদেশ দিতে পারবে।
¹ বাংলাদেশ আইন (সংশোধন ও ঘোষণা) আইন, ১৯৭৩ (১৯৭৩ সনের ৮ নং আইন)-এর ধারা ৩ ও দ্বিতীয় তফসিল দ্বারা “Supreme Court” শব্দগুলোর পরিবর্তে “Appellate Division” শব্দগুলো প্রতিস্থাপিত।
