আদেশ পালনে ব্যর্থতার ফলঅনানুষ্ঠানিক অনুবাদ
Where the appellant fails to comply with such order, the proceedings shall be stayed, and the appeal shall not proceed without an order in this behalf of the ¹[Appellate Division], and in the meantime execution of the decree appealed from shall not be stayed.
¹ The words "Appellate Division" were substituted, for the words "Supreme Court" by section 3 and 2nd Schedule of the Bangladesh Laws (Revision and Declaration) Act, 1973 (Act No. VIII of 1973).
