আপিল গ্রহণ ও তৎপরবর্তী কার্যপদ্ধতিঅনানুষ্ঠানিক অনুবাদ
Where such security has been furnished and deposit made to the satisfaction of the Court, the Court shall—
(a) declare the appeal admitted,
(b) give notice thereof to the respondent,
(c) transmit to the ¹[Appellate Division] under the seal of the Court a correct copy of the said record, except as aforesaid, and
(d) give to either party one or more authenticated copies of any of the papers in the suit on his applying therefor and paying the reasonable expenses incurred in preparing them.
¹ The words "Appellate Division" were substituted, for the words "Supreme Court" by section 3 and 2nd Schedule of the Bangladesh Laws (Revision and Declaration) Act, 1973 (Act No. VIII of 1973).

আদালতের সন্তুষ্টি অনুযায়ী এরূপ জামানত দেওয়া হলে ও অর্থ জমা করা হলে, আদালত—
(ক) আপিল গৃহীত বলে ঘোষণা করবে,
(খ) প্রতিপক্ষকে এর নোটিশ দেবে,
(গ) পূর্বোক্ত কাগজপত্র বাদ দিয়ে, উক্ত নথির একটি নির্ভুল নকল আদালতের সিলমোহরযুক্ত করে ¹[আপিল বিভাগে] প্রেরণ করবে, এবং
(ঘ) যে কোনো পক্ষ মোকদ্দমার কোনো কাগজপত্রের এক বা একাধিক প্রমাণীকৃত নকলের জন্য দরখাস্ত করলে এবং সেগুলো প্রস্তুত করতে যে যুক্তিসংগত ব্যয় হয় তা পরিশোধ করলে, তাঁকে তা দেবে।
¹ বাংলাদেশ আইন (সংশোধন ও ঘোষণা) আইন, ১৯৭৩ (১৯৭৩ সনের ৮ নং আইন)-এর ধারা ৩ ও দ্বিতীয় তফসিল দ্বারা “Supreme Court” শব্দগুলোর পরিবর্তে “Appellate Division” শব্দগুলো প্রতিস্থাপিত।
