দরখাস্ত দাখিলঅনানুষ্ঠানিক অনুবাদ
Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules, the application shall be presented to the Court by the applicant in person, unless he is exempted from appearing in Court, in which case the application may be presented by an authorised agent who can answer all material questions relating to the application, and who may be examined in the same manner as the party represented by him might have been examined had such party attended in person.

এই বিধিমালায় যা কিছুই থাকুক না কেন, দরখাস্তকারীকে সশরীরে আদালতে দরখাস্ত দাখিল করতে হবে, যদি না তিনি আদালতে হাজির হওয়া থেকে রেহাইপ্রাপ্ত হন, যেক্ষেত্রে দরখাস্তটি এমন একজন ক্ষমতাপ্রাপ্ত এজেন্ট দাখিল করতে পারবেন, যিনি দরখাস্তসংক্রান্ত সকল গুরুত্বপূর্ণ প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে পারেন, এবং যাঁকে সেই একই পদ্ধতিতে পরীক্ষা করা যাবে, যে পদ্ধতিতে তিনি যে পক্ষের প্রতিনিধিত্ব করছেন সেই পক্ষ সশরীরে উপস্থিত হলে তাঁকে পরীক্ষা করা যেত।
