স্থানীয় তদন্তের জন্য কমিশনঅনানুষ্ঠানিক অনুবাদ
In any suit in which the Court deems a local investigation to be requisite or proper for the purpose of elucidating any matter in dispute, or of ascertaining the market-value of any property, or the amount or any mesne profits or damages or annual net profits, the Court may issue a commission to such person as it thinks fit directing him to make such investigation and to report thereon to the Court ²[within such time not exceeding three months as may be fixed by the Court]:
¹[Provided that the Court may, on the prayer of the Commissioner and on sufficient cause being shown, extend the time.]

যে মোকদ্দমায় আদালত কোনো বিরোধীয় বিষয় স্পষ্ট করার উদ্দেশ্যে, অথবা কোনো সম্পত্তির বাজারমূল্য, অথবা কোনো অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন মুনাফা বা খেসারত বা বার্ষিক নিট মুনাফার পরিমাণ নির্ণয়ের উদ্দেশ্যে স্থানীয় তদন্ত আবশ্যক বা যথাযথ বলে মনে করে, সেই মোকদ্দমায় আদালত উপযুক্ত মনে করে এমন ব্যক্তির প্রতি কমিশন প্রদান করে তাঁকে ওই তদন্ত করতে এবং ²[আদালত কর্তৃক ধার্যকৃত অনধিক তিন মাস সময়ের মধ্যে] সে বিষয়ে আদালতে প্রতিবেদন দিতে নির্দেশ দিতে পারবে:
¹[তবে শর্ত থাকে যে, কমিশনারের প্রার্থনায় এবং পর্যাপ্ত কারণ দর্শানো হলে আদালত সময় বৃদ্ধি করতে পারবে।]
