ক্রোককৃত সম্পত্তিতে দাবি অগ্রাহ্যকরণঅনানুষ্ঠানিক অনুবাদ
Where the Court is satisfied that the property was, at the time it was attached, in the possession of the judgment-debtor as his own property and not on account of any other person, or was in the possession of some other person in trust for him, or in the occupancy of a tenant or other person paying rent to him, the Court shall disallow the claim.

যেক্ষেত্রে আদালত এই মর্মে সন্তুষ্ট হয় যে, সম্পত্তিটি ক্রোকের সময় দায়িকের নিজের সম্পত্তি হিসেবে এবং অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তির হিসাবে নয় তাঁর দখলে ছিল, অথবা তাঁর পক্ষে ট্রাস্টি হিসেবে অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তির দখলে ছিল, অথবা কোনো প্রজার বা তাঁকে খাজনা প্রদানকারী অন্য কোনো ব্যক্তির বসবাসাধীন ছিল, সেক্ষেত্রে আদালত দাবিটি অগ্রাহ্য করবে।
