স্থাবর সম্পত্তির ডিক্রিঅনানুষ্ঠানিক অনুবাদ
(1) Where a decree is for the delivery of any immoveable property, possession thereof shall be delivered to the party to whom it has been adjudged, or to such person as he may appoint to receive delivery on his behalf, and, if necessary, by removing any person bound by the decree who refuses to vacate the property.
(2) Where a decree is for the joint possession of immoveable property, such possession shall be delivered by affixing a copy of the warrant in some conspicuous place on the property and proclaiming by beat of drum, or other customary mode, at some convenient place, the substance of the decree.
(3) Where possession of any building or enclosure is to be delivered and the person in possession, being bound by the decree, does not afford free access, the Court, through its officers, may, after giving reasonable warning and facility to any woman not appearing in public according to the customs of the country to withdraw, remove or open any lock or bolt or break open any door or do any other act necessary for putting the decree-holder in possession.

(১) ডিক্রি কোনো স্থাবর সম্পত্তি অর্পণের জন্য হলে, যে পক্ষের অনুকূলে তা ডিক্রিকৃত হয়েছে তাঁকে, অথবা তাঁর পক্ষে অর্পণ গ্রহণের জন্য তিনি যে ব্যক্তিকে নিয়োগ করেন তাঁকে, ওই সম্পত্তির দখল অর্পণ করতে হবে, এবং প্রয়োজন হলে, ডিক্রি দ্বারা বাধ্য এমন কোনো ব্যক্তি সম্পত্তি ছেড়ে দিতে অস্বীকার করলে তাঁকে অপসারণ করে তা অর্পণ করতে হবে।
(২) ডিক্রি কোনো স্থাবর সম্পত্তির যৌথ দখলের জন্য হলে, সম্পত্তির কোনো সহজদৃশ্য স্থানে পরোয়ানার একটি নকল লটকিয়ে এবং কোনো সুবিধাজনক স্থানে ঢোল পিটিয়ে বা অন্য কোনো প্রথাগত পদ্ধতিতে ডিক্রির সারমর্ম ঘোষণা করে ওই দখল অর্পণ করতে হবে।
(৩) কোনো ভবন বা ঘেরা স্থানের দখল অর্পণ করতে হলে এবং দখলকার ব্যক্তি, ডিক্রি দ্বারা বাধ্য হওয়া সত্ত্বেও, অবাধ প্রবেশের সুযোগ না দিলে, আদালত এর কর্মকর্তাদের মাধ্যমে, দেশের প্রথা অনুযায়ী জনসমক্ষে আসেন না এমন কোনো নারীকে সরে যাওয়ার জন্য যুক্তিসংগত সতর্কবার্তা ও সুযোগ দেওয়ার পর, ডিক্রিদারকে দখলে বসানোর জন্য যে কোনো তালা বা খিল অপসারণ করতে বা খুলতে, অথবা যে কোনো দরজা ভেঙে খুলতে, অথবা প্রয়োজনীয় অন্য যে কোনো কাজ করতে পারবে।
