অপরাধমূলক ষড়যন্ত্রের দণ্ডঅনানুষ্ঠানিক অনুবাদ
(1) Whoever is a party to a criminal conspiracy to commit an offence punishable with death, ³⁶[imprisonment for life] or rigorous imprisonment for a term of two years or upwards, shall, where no express provision is made in this Code for the punishment of such a conspiracy, be punished in the same manner as if he had abetted such offence.
(2) Whoever is a party to a criminal conspiracy other than a criminal conspiracy to commit an offence punishable as aforesaid shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term not exceeding six months, or with fine or with both.]
³⁶ The words "imprisonment for life" were substituted, for the word "transportation" by section 8 of the Penal Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 1985 (Ordinance No. XLI of 1985).

(২) যে ব্যক্তি পূর্বোক্তরূপে দণ্ডনীয় অপরাধ সংঘটনের অপরাধমূলক ষড়যন্ত্র ব্যতীত অন্য কোনো অপরাধমূলক ষড়যন্ত্রের পক্ষ, তিনি অনধিক ছয় মাস মেয়াদের যে কোনো বর্ণনার কারাদণ্ডে, অথবা অর্থদণ্ডে, অথবা উভয় দণ্ডে দণ্ডিত হবেন।]
³⁶ দণ্ডবিধি (সংশোধন) অধ্যাদেশ, ১৯৮৫ (১৯৮৫ সনের ৪১ নং অধ্যাদেশ)-এর ধারা ৮ দ্বারা “দ্বীপান্তর” শব্দের পরিবর্তে “যাবজ্জীবন কারাদণ্ড” শব্দগুলো প্রতিস্থাপিত।
