দলিলে উল্লিখিত সময়ের গণনাঅনানুষ্ঠানিক অনুবাদ
All instruments shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to be made with reference to the Gregorian calendar.
Illustrations
(a) A Hindu makes a promissory note bearing a Native date only, and payable four months after date. The period of limitation applicable to a suit on the note runs from the expiration of four months after date computed according to the Gregorian calendar.
(b) A Hindu makes a bond, bearing a Native date only, for the repayment of money within one year. The period of limitation applicable to a suit on the bond runs from the expiration of one year after date computed according to the Gregorian Calendar.

দৃষ্টান্ত
(ক) কোনো হিন্দু শুধু দেশীয় তারিখসংবলিত এবং তারিখের ৪ মাস পর পরিশোধযোগ্য একটি প্রমিসরি নোট প্রস্তুত করেন। ওই নোটের ভিত্তিতে মোকদ্দমার জন্য প্রযোজ্য তামাদির মেয়াদ, গ্রেগরীয় ক্যালেন্ডার অনুসারে গণনা করা তারিখের ৪ মাস অতিক্রান্ত হওয়ার সময় থেকে চলে।
(খ) কোনো হিন্দু শুধু দেশীয় তারিখসংবলিত, ১ বছরের মধ্যে অর্থ পরিশোধের জন্য একটি বন্ড প্রস্তুত করেন। ওই বন্ডের ভিত্তিতে মোকদ্দমার জন্য প্রযোজ্য তামাদির মেয়াদ, গ্রেগরীয় ক্যালেন্ডার অনুসারে গণনা করা তারিখের ১ বছর অতিক্রান্ত হওয়ার সময় থেকে চলে।
