মূল্যমান বা উপযুক্ততা সম্পর্কে প্রত্যয়নপত্রঅনানুষ্ঠানিক অনুবাদ
(1) Every petition shall state the grounds of appeal and pray for a certificate either that, as regards amount or value and nature, the case fulfils the requirements of section 110, or that it is otherwise a fit one for appeal to the ¹[Appellate Division].
(2) Upon receipt of such petition, the Court shall direct notice to be served on the opposite party to show cause why the said certificate should not be granted.
¹ The words "Appellate Division" were substituted, for the words "Supreme Court" by section 3 and 2nd Schedule of the Bangladesh Laws (Revision and Declaration) Act, 1973 (Act No. VIII of 1973).

(২) এরূপ দরখাস্ত পাওয়ার পর, উক্ত প্রত্যয়নপত্র কেন মঞ্জুর করা হবে না তার কারণ দর্শানোর জন্য বিরুদ্ধপক্ষের ওপর নোটিশ জারির নির্দেশ আদালত দেবে।
¹ বাংলাদেশ আইন (সংশোধন ও ঘোষণা) আইন, ১৯৭৩ (১৯৭৩ সনের ৮ নং আইন)-এর ধারা ৩ ও দ্বিতীয় তফসিল দ্বারা “Supreme Court” শব্দগুলোর পরিবর্তে “Appellate Division” শব্দগুলো প্রতিস্থাপিত।
