বিদেশি সমন জারিঅনানুষ্ঠানিক অনুবাদ
Summonses and other processes issued by any Civil or Revenue Court situate outside Bangladesh may be sent to the Courts in Bangladesh and served as if they were summonses issued by such Courts:
Provided that the ²⁶[Government] has by notification in the official Gazette declared the provisions of this section to apply to such Courts.

বাংলাদেশের বাইরে অবস্থিত কোনো দেওয়ানি বা রাজস্ব আদালত কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সমন ও অন্যান্য প্রসেস বাংলাদেশের আদালতসমূহে পাঠানো যাবে এবং সেগুলো এমনভাবে জারি করা যাবে, যেন সেগুলো ওই আদালতসমূহ কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সমন।
তবে শর্ত থাকে যে, ²⁶[সরকার] সরকারি গেজেটে প্রজ্ঞাপন দ্বারা এই ধারার বিধানাবলি ওই আদালতসমূহের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য বলে ঘোষণা করেছে।
²⁶ “Courts issuing such summons of processes have been established or continued by the authority of the Central Government or that the Provincial Government of the Province in which such summonses or processes are to be served” শব্দগুলোর পরিবর্তে “সরকার” শব্দটি Bangladesh Laws (Revision And Declaration) Act, 1973 (১৯৭৩ সনের ৮ নং আইন)-এর ধারা ৩ ও দ্বিতীয় তফসিল দ্বারা প্রতিস্থাপিত।
