Description of suit: Under the summary procedure referred to in section 128(2)(f) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, where the provision of such summary procedure does not exclude the ordinary procedure in such suits.
Period of limitation: One year.
Time from which period begins to run: When the debt or liquidated demand becomes payable or when the property becomes recoverable.
