Form and manner of keeping public accounts
সংবিধানের বাংলা পাঠ ও ইংরেজি অনূদিত পাঠ দুটিই নির্ভরযোগ্য পাঠ। দুটির মধ্যে বিরোধ হলে বাংলা পাঠ প্রাধান্য পায় (অনুচ্ছেদ ১৫৩)।
১৩১। রাষ্ট্রপতির অনুমোদনক্রমে মহা হিসাব-নিরীক্ষক যেরূপ নির্ধারণ করিবেন, সেইরূপ আকার ও পদ্ধতিতে প্রজাতন্ত্রের হিসাব রক্ষিত হইবে।
131. The public accounts of the Republic shall be kept in such form and in such manner as the Auditor General may, with the approval of the President, prescribe.
