¹³²[The Supreme Court] shall, as soon as conveniently may be, frame rules to regulate the procedure in the case of such applications, the amount of the costs thereof and the execution of orders passed thereon, and until such rules are framed, the practice of such Courts in proceedings other than suits and appeals shall apply, so far as may be practicable, to such applications.
¹³² The words "The Supreme Court" were substituted, for the words "Every High Court" by section 3 and 2nd Schedule of the Bangladesh Laws (Revision And Declaration) Act, 1973 (Act No. VIII of 1973)

¹³² “প্রত্যেক হাইকোর্ট” শব্দগুলোর পরিবর্তে “সুপ্রীম কোর্ট” শব্দগুলো বাংলাদেশ আইন (সংশোধন ও ঘোষণা) আইন, ১৯৭৩ (১৯৭৩ সনের ৮ নং আইন)-এর ধারা ৩ ও দ্বিতীয় তফসিল দ্বারা প্রতিস্থাপিত।
