আপিল ও রিভিশন নিষ্পত্তির সময়অনানুষ্ঠানিক অনুবাদ
(1) An Appellate Court shall dispose of an appeal filed before it within ⁴⁸⁹[ninety days] from the date of ⁴⁹⁰[service of notice upon respondents].
(2) A Court having power of revision shall dispose of a proceeding in revision within ⁴⁹¹[ninety days] from the date of ⁴⁹²[service of notice upon the parties].
